Method

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, protein powder, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, instant pudding mix (if using), and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

Freezing

  • Pour the mixture into a suitable container and freeze for about 4 hours or until solid.

Serving

  • Once frozen, take the container out and let it sit for a few minutes.
