- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- a pinch salt
Method
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, oats, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir the mixture until itβs well combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Use your hands or a scoop to shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
