Method

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey or maple syrup. Stir until smooth and well-blended.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it hangs over the edges for easy lifting.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly to about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips, crushed nuts, granola, and fresh fruit over the top of the yogurt mixture.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
  • Once frozen, lift the bark out using the parchment and break it into pieces.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
