Method
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips or dried fruit if you are using them.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

Notes
