Method
Cooking
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then add the elbow macaroni.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until pasta is cooked.
