Method
Cooking Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet or pot over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook for 5-6 minutes, breaking it up until browned.
- Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and milk. Stir well.
- Add pasta and Italian seasoning, ensuring the pasta is mostly submerged.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in parmesan cheese and butter until melted and creamy.
- Adjust seasoning if needed. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of milk or broth.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan.
- Serve hot with garlic bread or a side salad!
