- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 piece banana Use frozen for a thicker texture
- 1 tablespoon honey Optional, add more for sweetness
- to taste Ice cubes Add a handful for thickness
Method
Preparation
- In a blender, combine the orange juice, vanilla yogurt, banana, honey (if using), and a handful of ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
