  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened Use flavored or dairy-free if preferred
  • 4 pieces rice paper wrappers Soak in warm water before use

Method

Preparation

  • Crush the Oreo cookies in a bowl until they turn into fine crumbs.
  • Add the softened cream cheese to the crushed Oreos and mix well until you get a thick paste.
  • Soak one rice paper wrapper in warm water for about 10-15 seconds until it becomes soft and pliable.
  • Place the soaked wrapper on a clean surface and spread a generous layer of the Oreo and cream cheese mixture onto it, leaving some space around the edges.
  • If desired, sprinkle shredded coconut or sprinkles on top of the Oreo mixture.
  • Carefully roll the rice paper, tucking in the edges as you go, until you have a complete log.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining rice paper wrappers and filling.
  • Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve!
