Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the zucchini slices in the cheese mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange the coated zucchini slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Lightly spray the zucchini with olive oil.
Baking
- Bake for 2 hours or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
