Method
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, ground meat, grated carrot, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Take a dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it over to form a half-moon shape, sealing it well.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Place dumplings in the pan and fry until the bottom is golden brown, then add a bit of water to the pan and cover to steam for a few minutes.
- Remove the lid and cook until the water evaporates and the dumplings are crispy again.

Notes
