  • 1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated Or use your favorite cheese
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • as needed spray Olive oil spray For coating

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat each chicken tender with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it on to adhere.
  • Lightly spray the coated chicken tenders with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and cooked through.
