Ingredients
Chicken and Coating
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Vegetables
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast with the Parmesan mixture.
- On a large sheet pan, toss the halved baby potatoes and green beans with olive oil, salt, and Italian seasoning.
Cooking
- Make room on the pan for the chicken and place it on the sheet.
- Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
