Ingredients

Chicken and Coating

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Vegetables

  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed

Seasoning and Oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat each chicken breast with the Parmesan mixture.
  • On a large sheet pan, toss the halved baby potatoes and green beans with olive oil, salt, and Italian seasoning.

Cooking

  • Make room on the pan for the chicken and place it on the sheet.
  • Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
