Batter

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the milk to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Pour in the melted butter and mix until smooth.

Baking
