Filling

Batter

Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the milk to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish, then spoon the peach mixture on top.
Baking
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the cobbler is golden brown and set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
