Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the protein crust.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Arrange the pepperoni slices over the cheese.
  • Add any optional toppings if desired.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes
