Ingredients

Dough and Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Whole wheat pizza dough
  • 8 oz Low-fat pepperoni
  • 8 oz Part-skim mozzarella cheese

Seasoning and Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce for dipping

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface.
  • Cut the dough into rectangles.
  • Place a few pieces of low-fat pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese on each rectangle.
  • Fold the dough over to seal the rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.

Baking

  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with tomato sauce for dipping.
