Method
Cooking
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and green pepper to the skillet. Cook until the veggies are softened.
- Stir in the beef broth, A-1 sauce, and steak seasoning.
- Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture on the toasted buns and top with provolone cheese.
