  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion chopped onion Chop finely for better mixing.
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped green bell pepper Can substitute with other peppers.
  • 2 tablespoons A-1 sauce For enhancing flavor; adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning Add more for spicier flavor.
  • 4 slices provolone cheese Can use Cheez Whiz or cheddar as alternatives.
  • 4 pieces toasted buns Make sure they are well toasted to avoid sogginess.

Method

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and green pepper to the skillet. Cook until the veggies are softened.
  • Stir in the beef broth, A-1 sauce, and steak seasoning.
  • Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve the beef mixture on the toasted buns and top with provolone cheese.
