- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the pistachios, oats, protein powder, and salt together.
- In a small saucepan, melt the almond butter and dark chocolate over low heat. Once melted, stir in the honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
Mixing and Baking
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Enjoy!

Notes
