Ingredients
- 2 ripe pitayas1 cup cold water or coconut water1 tbsp fresh lime juice1 tbsp honey or agave syrup optional
Method
- Wash and slice pitayas lengthwise.
- Scoop out the flesh into a blender.
- Add water, lime juice, and honey.
- Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
- Strain if preferred pulp-free.
- Serve chilled.
