Ingredients

  • 2 ripe pitayas1 cup cold water or coconut water1 tbsp fresh lime juice1 tbsp honey or agave syrup optional

Method

  • Wash and slice pitayas lengthwise.
  • Scoop out the flesh into a blender.
  • Add water, lime juice, and honey.
  • Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  • Strain if preferred pulp-free.
