Ingredients

Cocktail Ingredients

  • 2 oz Aperol Unique Italian aperitif
  • 3 oz Prosecco Dry sparkling wine
  • 2 oz Pomegranate juice Use fresh for best flavor
  • 1 oz Club soda or sparkling water For a fizzy finish

Garnish

  • 1 Orange wedge For garnish
  • 1 Fresh rosemary sprig For aroma and garnish
  • a few Pomegranate arils (seeds) For festive appearance

Method

Preparation

  • Fill a large wine glass with either full ice cubes or crushed ice to keep the cocktail refreshingly chilled.
  • Pour in 2 oz of Aperol and 2 oz of pomegranate juice into the iced glass, then stir gently to combine the ingredients evenly.
  • Slowly pour 3 oz of prosecco into the glass, allowing the bubbles to mingle.
  • Add 1 oz of club soda or sparkling water to top off the cocktail and add a fizzy finish.
  • Garnish your spritz with a wedge of orange, a fresh rosemary sprig, and a few pomegranate arils.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
