- 2 oz Aperol Unique Italian aperitif
- 3 oz Prosecco Dry sparkling wine
- 2 oz Pomegranate juice Use fresh for best flavor
- 1 oz Club soda or sparkling water For a fizzy finish

- 1 Orange wedge For garnish
- 1 Fresh rosemary sprig For aroma and garnish
- a few Pomegranate arils (seeds) For festive appearance
Method
Preparation
- Fill a large wine glass with either full ice cubes or crushed ice to keep the cocktail refreshingly chilled.
- Pour in 2 oz of Aperol and 2 oz of pomegranate juice into the iced glass, then stir gently to combine the ingredients evenly.
- Slowly pour 3 oz of prosecco into the glass, allowing the bubbles to mingle.
- Add 1 oz of club soda or sparkling water to top off the cocktail and add a fizzy finish.
- Garnish your spritz with a wedge of orange, a fresh rosemary sprig, and a few pomegranate arils.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
