- 1 –2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
- ¼ cup yogurt or coconut milk optional for creaminess
- Fruit chunks or add-ins like chia seeds or coconut
Method
- 1. Blend frozen fruit with liquid until smooth.
- 2. Taste and sweeten if needed.
- 3. Pour into molds, leaving space for expansion.
- 4. Add chunks or swirls if desired.
- 5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- 6. Run molds under warm water to release.
