  • 1 –2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • ¼ cup yogurt or coconut milk optional for creaminess
  • Fruit chunks or add-ins like chia seeds or coconut

Method

  • 1. Blend frozen fruit with liquid until smooth.
  • 2. Taste and sweeten if needed.
  • 3. Pour into molds, leaving space for expansion.
  • 4. Add chunks or swirls if desired.
  • 5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • 6. Run molds under warm water to release.
