Ingredients
For the dip
- 1 cup cottage cheese Use low-fat or non-fat if desired.
- 2 tablespoons mustard You can substitute with plain yogurt for a milder flavor.
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill Or use 1 teaspoon of dried dill.
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 1 hardboiled egg chopped
Method
Preparation
- In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, mustard, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and gently fold in the chopped hardboiled egg.
