- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup cottage cheese For creamier texture, use full-fat cottage cheese.
- 3 pieces eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar or sweetener of choice Adjust sweetness to preference.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon Additional cinnamon can be sprinkled for serving.

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
