Ingredients
For the stuffing
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
For garnish
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish
For the mushrooms
- 12 large mushrooms cleaned and stems removed
Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove their stems.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes
