Ingredients
For the Margarita
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz pineapple juice Use fresh for best flavor.
- 1 oz lime juice Freshly squeezed is recommended.
- 1/2 unit jalapeño, sliced Adjust quantity for spice level.
- 1 oz agave syrup Optional, to taste.
- to taste none Ice For shaking.
- to taste none Salt for rimming Optional.
- 2-3 units Pineapple wedges and jalapeño slices for garnish Optional garnishes.
Method
Preparation
- If desired, rim the glass with salt.
- In a shaker, combine tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, agave syrup, and jalapeño slices.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with pineapple wedges and additional jalapeño slices.
- Serve and enjoy!

Notes
