  • 8 oz Tri-color rotini noodles
  • 1 Cucumber, chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup Broccoli, chopped

Dressing

  • 1 cup Ranch dressing

Method

Preparation

  • Cook the tri-color rotini noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled noodles with chopped cucumber, diced bell pepper, and chopped broccoli.
  • Add ranch dressing to the bowl and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
