- 8 oz Tri-color rotini noodles
- 1 Cucumber, chopped
- 1 Bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup Broccoli, chopped

- 1 cup Ranch dressing
Method
Preparation
- Cook the tri-color rotini noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled noodles with chopped cucumber, diced bell pepper, and chopped broccoli.
- Add ranch dressing to the bowl and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
