Ingredients
For the Filling
- 1 package cream cheese Softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
For the Layers
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced Fresh
- 1 cup blueberries Fresh
- 1 package graham crackers Crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Method
Preparation
- In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
Layering
- In a 9x13 inch dish, layer the graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add half of the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, and berries.
Chilling
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
