  • 1 cup mixed low-carb vegetables (e.g., zucchini, bell peppers, asparagus)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 piece lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut parchment paper into square pieces.
