- 1 package gnocchi Fresh or packaged
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced Can substitute with other sausages
- 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) Choose your preferred cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish Optional garnish
Method
Cooking
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they are tender.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and cover the skillet to let it melt.
- Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
