  • 1 package gnocchi Fresh or packaged
  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced Can substitute with other sausages
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) Choose your preferred cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Optional garnish

Method

Cooking

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Stir in the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they are tender.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and cover the skillet to let it melt.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
