Method
Cooking Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
- Add the sliced red cabbage and continue to sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the vinegar and stir well.
- If using, add honey and caraway seeds, and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for another 5-10 minutes until the cabbage is tender and the flavors meld together.
- Serve warm as a snack, salad topper, or side dish.
