Method
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), celery, red onion, bell pepper, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Take a lettuce leaf and spoon a generous amount of the chicken salad mixture onto it.
