- 2 pieces bone-in pork chops

Method
Preparation
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
- Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.
Cooking
- Add olive oil to the hot skillet and then add the pork chops.
- Sear the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
