Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt optional

Method

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients with a fork.
  • Make sure there are no clumps.
