Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a large sheet pan, arrange the salmon fillets in the center.
- Surround the salmon with cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and vegetables, and season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Top each salmon fillet with lemon slices and crumbled feta cheese.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
- Serve warm, drizzled with the pan juices.
