Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork chops At least 1 inch thick to prevent overcooking.
  • 4 cups Potatoes, cut Use a mixture of different potatoes for added flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • Fresh herbs (optional) For additional seasoning.

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned potatoes on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, season pork chops with salt, pepper, and any optional fresh herbs.
  • After 15 minutes, remove the sheet pan from the oven and push the potatoes to one side.
  • Place the pork chops on the other side of the pan.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

  • Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
