- 4 pieces Pork chops At least 1 inch thick to prevent overcooking.
- 4 cups Potatoes, cut Use a mixture of different potatoes for added flavor.
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
- 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste.
- Fresh herbs (optional) For additional seasoning.
Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned potatoes on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, season pork chops with salt, pepper, and any optional fresh herbs.
- After 15 minutes, remove the sheet pan from the oven and push the potatoes to one side.
- Place the pork chops on the other side of the pan.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!

Notes
