  • 8 oz Pasta (such as spaghetti or penne) Choose your favorite type of pasta.
  • 4 cups Fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (optional) For serving.

Method

Preparation

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  • Add fresh spinach and sauté until wilted.
  • Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, mixing well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
