Method
Preparation
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach and sauté until wilted.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
