Ingredients
Meatball Base
- 1 pound frozen meatballs You can use beef, turkey, or chicken meatballs.
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup Use your favorite brand.
- 1/2 cup honey Adjust amount for desired sweetness.
- 1/4 cup soy sauce Use gluten-free soy sauce if needed.
- 2 cloves garlic, minced Sauté before adding for deeper flavor.
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Adds depth to the sauce.
Method
Preparation
- In a slow cooker, mix together ketchup, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add the frozen meatballs into the slow cooker.
- Stir well to coat all the meatballs in the sauce.
Cooking
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1.5-2 hours until the meatballs are heated through and the sauce has thickened.
- Serve hot.
