Method
Preparation
- In the slow cooker, combine the chicken, rice, chicken broth, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well to ensure the rice is submerged in the liquid.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and the rice is fluffy.
- Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork and squeeze fresh lemon zest over the dish.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
