Method
Preparation
- Cook the tater tots according to package instructions until they are crispy.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, crispy tater tots, dairy-free mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gently smash the mixture together with a fork or potato masher to combine the ingredients while still keeping some texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
