  • 12 large large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if necessary.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Stuff each mushroom with the cheese mixture, pressing down lightly.

  • Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.

Grilling

  • Grill the mushrooms for about 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the mushrooms are tender.
