Mushroom Filling
- 12 large large mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if necessary.
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Method
Preparation
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom with the cheese mixture, pressing down lightly.
- Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a grill-safe tray or foil.
- Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
Grilling
- Grill the mushrooms for about 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the mushrooms are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
