Method
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a large baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes and onion mixture.
- Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes.

Baking
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
