Ingredients
- 8 oz cheese cubes (cheddar, gouda, mozzarella)
- 6 oz salami or turkey slices
- 2 cups crackers or pretzels
- 1 cup veggie sticks (carrots, celery, cucumber)
- 1 cup fresh fruit (grapes, berries, apple slices)
- 1 cup assorted candy or chocolates
- 0.5 cup nuts or trail mix
- 2 small bowls dips (hummus, ranch, Nutella)
Equipment
- large serving board or tray
- small bowls/ramekins
- cheese knife or spreader
Method
- Arrange dips in small bowls on the board.
- Place cheeses and meats around bowls.
- Add crackers and pretzels in neat piles.
- Fill in with fruits, veggies, and candies.
- Sprinkle nuts and trail mix to fill gaps.
- Serve immediately or cover until ready.
