- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 4 slices bacon, diced

Method
Cooking
- In a large skillet, fry the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the grease in the skillet.
- Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add chopped cabbage to the skillet, stirring to coat in bacon grease.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Cook until cabbage is wilted and tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Stir in the crispy bacon before serving.
