Ingredients

For the Spaghetti Filling

  • 8 oz Spaghetti Cook according to package instructions
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 rolls Garlic bread rolls Hollowed out for filling
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Choose your preferred type of cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning To taste

Method

Preparation

  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in cooked spaghetti. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Hollow out the garlic bread rolls and fill them with the spaghetti mixture.
  • Top with shredded cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Serving

  • Serve warm, right out of the oven. Optionally, add a simple salad or garlic dipping sauce on the side.

Notes
