Ingredients
For the Spaghetti Filling
- 8 oz Spaghetti Cook according to package instructions
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 4 rolls Garlic bread rolls Hollowed out for filling
- 1 cup Shredded cheese Choose your preferred type of cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing
- 3 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 medium Onion Chopped
- 1 tsp Salt To taste
- 1 tsp Pepper To taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning To taste
Method
Preparation
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cooked spaghetti. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Hollow out the garlic bread rolls and fill them with the spaghetti mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
Baking
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
Serving
- Serve warm, right out of the oven. Optionally, add a simple salad or garlic dipping sauce on the side.

Notes
Make sure to not overcook the spaghetti; it should be al dente. Experiment with different cheeses and add vegetables for more flavor and nutrition. Store leftovers wrapped in plastic or in an airtight container; they last up to three days in the refrigerator.
