Method

Cooking Pasta and Sautéing

  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are tender and browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add chopped garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
