Method
Cooking Pasta and Sautéing
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are tender and browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add chopped garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti in the skillet with the mushroom mixture until well combined.
Serving
- Serve hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired.
