  • 2 large large potatoes Peeled and cut into thin strands
  • 2 tablespoons chili oil Adjust to taste for heat preference
  • 3 cloves garlic Minced
  • to taste Salt

Method

Preparation

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strands or noodles.
  • Boil the potato noodles in salted water for about 5 minutes until tender, then drain.

Cooking

  • In a pan, heat the chili oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the potato noodles to the pan and toss to coat them in the garlic chili oil.

Serving

  • Serve hot and enjoy! These noodles can be served on their own or as a side dish.
