Method
Preparation
- Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strands or noodles.
- Boil the potato noodles in salted water for about 5 minutes until tender, then drain.
Cooking
- In a pan, heat the chili oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the potato noodles to the pan and toss to coat them in the garlic chili oil.
Serving
