- 1 tablespoon cornstarch For thickening the sauce.
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped For garnish.
- Sesame seeds for garnish Optional garnish.

Method
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
- In a pan, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serving
- Serve the sticky chicken over cooked rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Add optional vegetables if desired.

Notes
Make sure not to overcook the chicken, or it will become dry. Adjust the sweetness of the sauce by adding more or less honey.
