- to taste Sweetener (optional) Adjust based on taste preferences.
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for added creaminess) Add more for a creamier texture.
Method
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Jello Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding mix, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
- Fold in the diced strawberries.
- If using, add sweetener and Greek yogurt to achieve desired sweetness and creaminess.
- Divide the mixture into jars or containers and refrigerate overnight.
Serving
- To serve, take the jars or containers out of the refrigerator.
- Garnish with additional diced strawberries and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
