  • 2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 packet Jello Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding mix
  • 1 cup diced strawberries Make sure to use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • to taste Sweetener (optional) Adjust based on taste preferences.
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for added creaminess) Add more for a creamier texture.

Method

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Jello Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding mix, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
  • Fold in the diced strawberries.
  • If using, add sweetener and Greek yogurt to achieve desired sweetness and creaminess.
  • Divide the mixture into jars or containers and refrigerate overnight.

Serving

  • To serve, take the jars or containers out of the refrigerator.
  • Garnish with additional diced strawberries and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
