- 1 unit pre-made tart crust You can also use a homemade tart crust.
Filling Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for a smooth filling.
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced You can replace strawberries with other berries.
- 2 tablespoons strawberry puree (optional) Drizzle on top for added flavor.
Method
Preparation
- Preheat the oven according to tart crust instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Fill the tart crust with the cream cheese mixture, smoothing the top.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries on top and drizzle with strawberry puree if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
