  • 1 unit pre-made tart crust You can also use a homemade tart crust.

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for a smooth filling.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced You can replace strawberries with other berries.
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry puree (optional) Drizzle on top for added flavor.

Method

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven according to tart crust instructions.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Fill the tart crust with the cream cheese mixture, smoothing the top.
  • Arrange the sliced strawberries on top and drizzle with strawberry puree if desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
