- 1 cup whipped cream Use fresh whipped cream for the best texture.
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- 1/2 cup crushed cereal Like Graham crackers or similar.
- chocolate sauce Optional for drizzling.
- fresh strawberries for garnish For added presentation.
Method
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Gently mix in the chopped strawberries.
Assembly
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture into each taco shell.
- Sprinkle the crushed cereal over the filled taco shells.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired and garnish with fresh strawberries.
