  • 4 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries, sliced Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup Goat cheese, crumbled Feta can be used as an alternative.
  • 1/2 cup Chopped pecans
  • 1 large Avocado, diced

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Balsamic dressing Feel free to make your own.
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, sliced strawberries, and crumbled goat cheese.
  • Top with chopped pecans and diced avocado.
  • Drizzle with balsamic dressing and a bit of balsamic glaze.
