- 1 large Avocado, diced
Dressing
- 1/4 cup Balsamic dressing Feel free to make your own.
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Method
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, sliced strawberries, and crumbled goat cheese.
- Top with chopped pecans and diced avocado.
- Drizzle with balsamic dressing and a bit of balsamic glaze.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, either on its own or with roasted salmon or chicken.
